The Workbench Project uplifts young people in Chicago through hands-on woodworking, welding, and bicycle mechanic programs paired with community activation. Here, the trades are not just a foundation for college preparation and career-building, but also a vehicle for social change. By teaching technical and social-emotional skills in tandem, we equip young people to become impactful community leaders.
